Our mission is to challenge toxic masculinity with individuals and organizations. We take an intersectional approach that considers the ways that gender, race, sexuality and other identities shape ideas of what it means to be a man and how these ideas impact social interactions. We develop leadership for promoting positive behaviors between groups and individuals. We provide strategies to address gender based microaggressions and prevent violence within workplaces, schools and communities.
